Gabriel Gaertner, Associate Founder and principal shareholder of Spiral Industrie Inc. and of Réseau VIVA International Inc., holds a degree in architecture and the equivalent of an MBA.
Through his collaboration on numerous architecture projects, including many real estate developments where he was able to uncover ways of controlling construction costs, Gabriel has developed a real passion for prefabrication and for innovative construction systems. Gabriel worked as an architect in France for 15 years before becoming a manufacturer in Canada in 1986. He holds dual citizenship (French and Canadian).

In 1997, when the company he helped build became profitable, he sold his shares and invested the proceeds in the development of the Chalet-Chic concept. Having devoted his career to construction and marketing, he understands the ins and outs of the industry and has the insight to guide his customers in choosing the most efficient and appropriate ways to develop their construction projects.

Born in London, England in 1942, André Guinnard has dual citizenship (Swiss and British) and lives in Verbier, Switzerland, the renowned four-season ski resort (alt.: 1,600 m). A successful real estate agent and developer, André Guinnard is recognized by his colleagues as a passionate and creative pioneer, and as an expert in mountain leisure property management. His agency, Guinnard Real Estate and Tourism Agency (www.guinnard.com) was founded in 1965 and now serves an affluent international clientele.

André Guinnard is a firm believer in the importance of sharing information and finding solutions adapted to the rapidly changing tourism industry. His in-depth knowledge of the vacation village concept and of new four-season mountain ski resorts is sought after in several regions around the world.
